Withdraw cash  

Withdraw cash from all kinds of cards of State bank and other domestic banks, as well as international Union Pay card of foreign banks.

Make transfer

Make transfer from State bank’s card to State bank’s card or account

Inquire card balance and statement of last three transactions
Check balances of all kinds of cards of State bank and other domestic banks, as well as international Union Pay card of foreign banks

Buy mobile loading card and pay bill

Buy mobile loading card and pay bill of cellular operator companies such as Mobicom, Unitel, G-Mobile and Skytel

Inquire and pay utility bills

You are able to pay partially or full or inquire your monthly utility bills from Electricity, Water and Sewerage, Homeowner’s union, landline phone and internet service providers using State bank’s ATM.

You can inquire your payment by pressing “Pay utility bill” menu of ATM and input your 16 digit customer code and press “pay bill” button to pay and print the receipt.

Send and receive E-Money  

  • Did you hear before that you can withdraw cash from ATMs without card?
  • When you forgot your card and need cash or when you need to transfer money to someone then “E-Money” service will assist you to withdraw cash from ATMs without card.  
  • You can transfer money to your or to someone’s mobile number thru all channels of State bank’s GYALS banking service /web, smart app, sim, message/, State bank’s card and ATM, then the recipient will be able to withdraw cash from ATM without card by using the transfer code received in his/her mobile number.
  • To withdraw cash from ATM using the “E-Money” service transfer code received to your mobile, you should press the “E-Money” menu from ATM and input your mobile phone number, transfer code and transfer amount.  
  • Change card’s pin code, get or change e-pin code for e-commerce.  
  • You are able to change your card pin code and to get or change internet pin code to use your card for e-commerce.  
  • Please note the following, when using ATM:
  • Your card will be swallowed due to security prevention when you enter your pin code wrong 3 times or trying to make transaction using an expired or inactive card. 
  • ATM will swallow your card when you don’t make any action after 10 seconds during a transaction. One time minimum withdrawal cash amount is MNT 1000 and the maximum is MNT 800,000.  
  • When entering withdrawal amount in ATM, the amount should be divided into 1000.
  • Don’t forget to retrieve your card and money after your transaction.
  • If you have swallowed your card, please call to State bank at 1800-1881 for assistance when and where to get your card.
